All commercial properties (non-dwellings) over 2500 square metres in size in England & Wales now require an EPC for construction, sale or lease. By October, all commercial properties in England & Wales will require one, regardless of size.
SearchFlow now offers commercial EPCs via a panel of three leading national EPC providers. You will receive an estimate within 24 hours of submitting your property information, and you may specify whether you or your client should be the point of contact.

We would like to advise our customers that in order to complete a final phase of price harmonisation across our portfolio of services and clients, there will be a number of price adjustments that will take effect from June 19th 2008.
The key price changes are as follows:

A number of land registry searches have also been adjusted to ensure a common pricing approach. These include some reductions in price.
Please note that there is no increase on CON29R fees. Prices exclude VAT. There are no other changes to the terms and conditions revised in January 2008.

We are pleased to announce that we are now able to send NTL searches electronically rather than by post. This means that the turnaround times for these searches will be significantly reduced from 22 days to just one day. If you have any queries about NTL searches, please contact your account manager.
